The kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences, including a filter coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, four gas rings, oven, toaster, dishwasher, and kettle. The dining area features a stylish table and chairs for up to 6 guests, perfect for enjoying meals. The living area accommodates up to 6 people, complete with a TV with satellite channels and air conditioning. From here, step out onto a covered terrace with outdoor furniture for 6, overlooking the inviting pool area—perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing. This floor also includes a separate toilet. Sleeping arrangements feature three bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom with a king-sized bed (180x200), air conditioning, and an ensuite modern bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer; a second double bedroom with the same amenities; and a twin bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and air conditioning. A separate shower room ensures ample facilities for all guests.
