Villa Ojdana is a modern villa built in 2012 and located in a secluded, private fenced property. This beautiful villa with pool can accommodate up to 14 people and extends over 3 levels. On the first floor there is a homely kitchen area, dining area and living room that is connected to a study/library area. The living room is a large open space that provides ample room to relax. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with modern furnishings and an abundance of storage space for your personal belongings. There is another double bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. On the same floor there is also a separate apartment with another living area, bedroom and bathroom. On the third floor you can find charming gallery with bedroom. This luxury villa in Croatia also comes equipped with a wine cellar, a fully equipped gym should you wish to use it. The villa has been air conditioned with 8 A/C units. Outside there is a large outdoor kitchen with outdoor BBQ area and dining space. You will also find a garage, playground and bowling alley on the outside of Villa Ojdana. The outdoor terrace has a large swimming pool and sunbathing space as well as garden area and shaded dining area. The outdoor swimming pool (40 m2) has been equipped with jets for counter current swimming, and the pool heating on request (surcharge, please enquire).
