Spanning 160m² over two levels, the villa features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area on the ground floor, along with a multifunctional room, a sofa bed, and additional toilet. The first floor includes three air-conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balcony access. Outside, guests can enjoy a terrace with a BBQ, lounge furniture, sunbeds, and a heated swimming pool (surcharge).
