Just a short distance from the charming old town of Bale, Casa Ninetta offers a tranquil retreat. Situated in a peaceful location, this lovely vacation home provides easy access to local attractions. On the second floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower facilities. Each bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while an additional sleeping space is available on the sofa bed in the living room. For added privacy, the third bedroom has its own separate entrance and a private bathroom with a shower. The 600 m² enclosed garden provides ample space to unwind, and the 4x7 m outdoor pool offers a refreshing oasis on warm days. In the evenings, the barbecue area is perfect for enjoying cozy meals under the stars. The apartment is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the old town of Bale, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. If you're looking to explore the nearby beaches of San Polo and Colone, they are just a short bike ride or car journey away.

    Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser Villa mit Pool zu übernachten und meine Erfahrung war einfach fantastisch. Die Villa selbst war geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und der Pool war der perfekte Ort, um sich an einem sonnigen Tag zu entspannen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und sorgte dafür, dass mein Aufenthalt unvergesslich wurde. Die Lage war auch ideal, da die Villa abgelegen und ruhig war, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Restaurants und Geschäften. Insgesamt kann ich diese Villa jedem empfehlen, der nach einer luxuriösen und erholsamen Unterkunft sucht.
