Welcome to our beautiful villa, which has been newly renovated in 2019 to provide a spacious and refreshing vacation experience. With its stunning sea view, this villa offers privacy, peace and the potential for an unforgettable stay. The villa is spread across 3 floors, with the higher ground floor serving as the resting area featuring a living room, large kitchen, winter terrace with indoor fireplace, garage, bathroom and a large open terrace with a dining table and breathtaking views of Banjole's bay and natural surroundings. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, with one bedroom having an en-suite bathroom and the other two rooms sharing a large bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. From the outdoor terrace, a staircase leads down to the garden area, where you'll find a large pool with a whirlpool and plenty of space to sunbathe on deckchairs. There is also an outdoor grill area and a relaxing space.On the ground floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and SAT TV. In addition, there is a game room with billiards, darts, and table soccer, as well as a wellness room with a sauna and shower. The walled garden area provides a safe space for children to play. The villa offers many amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including a whirlpool inside the swimming pool, a wellness area with a sauna, billiards, darts, table soccer, exercise equipment, a garage plus 2 parking spaces, an outdoor grill (coal or gas), and an indoor fireplace on the large winter terrace.
