Villa Torre IV, a charming villa with a private pool is located near the tourist center of Poreč. It can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. This beautifully furnished villa with a beautiful pool is perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in Istria. If you want to swim in the sea, you will be happy to hear that the villa is only 2.5 km from the beach. On the ground floor there is a light, open living room that invites you to just relax and enjoy a well-deserved rest. It is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, which is great for enjoying delicious meals together with your loved ones. All three bedrooms in the house have their own bathrooms with showers. One bedroom with a double bed is located on the ground floor, while the other two are located on the upper floor. One of the coolest assets of this house is the sauna located in one of the bathrooms. On the ground floor, next to the bathroom with shower, there is another additional toilet. The couch in the living room has a pull-out function, and there is also a cot in the parents' bedroom. You will be delighted by the large terrace and beautiful pool. The pool consists of two areas - a deeper one where you can swim and a shallower one where you can enjoy hydromassage. For those who enjoy grilling, a charcoal grill is available. The spacious terrace simply invites you to make the most of your vacation in Istria.
