This beautiful family villa is located in Porec, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. With a total of 168 square meters of living space, it offers room for up to 10 people and a lovingly furnished interior. The two-story villa consists of an airy and bright ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, dining room, toilet, laundry room, and one bedroom. The other 3 double bedrooms are on the first floor. All bedrooms have a TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. If you like to spend your holiday in the sun, there is a large and very inviting pool in front of the villa, which invites you to refresh yourself. Just a few steps away there is also a fully equipped summer kitchen, barbecue, and outdoor dining area for relaxed lunches and dinners. Villa Gaya is perfect for those looking for both a relaxing and an active holiday. The villa has many sports facilities such as football, basketball, handball, table tennis, trampoline and a gym. Electric bicycles are available on request to discover and explore the wider area. The location of the villa itself is an ideal base for many day trips, but if you choose not to leave the area, small shops, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance of the villa.
