About
The cliff-side village of Trsteno, with lovely views of Elaphite Islands, was the place wherein the Renaissance, the aristocrats of Dubrovnik built their summer estates. Here, close to the region’s oldest botanic garden the Arboretum Trsteno, our six-bedroom Villa Loriana is tucked in, sets a perfect stage for leisurely retreats. The cascading property of the Villa Loriana comprises 1500m², spreads over three levels: roadside, with four parking spots; the level below holds the main villa, its annex, front terrace with outdoor dining table and pool; the lowest level is the garden with a small pavilion. The main villa has 400m2 of interior space. Villa Loriana can accommodate up to 12 guests in six double rooms. Five of them are in the main villa and one in the side annex, perfect for staff or guests who seek more privacy. The expansive stone-paved terrace fronts the house can easily host a festive dinner or a poolside cocktail reception, while the garden invites all yoga lovers.
