This beachfront villa is a traditional Dalmatian stone house situated right by the sea in the small place of Okrug Gornji (2 km), on the island of Ciovo, just 5 km from the center of the Unesco protected historic city of Trogir. Villa is located just 30 meters from the sea and has direct sea access. Charming villa Loni has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms, a large pool area garden with a private pool and parking for 2 cars. On the ground floor, there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a table and chairs. On the same floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms (3) are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed, the second is with two single beds (twin bedroom) and the third one is with one single bed.
