FIXED HOUSE LEASE

In collaboration with our partners from the UK, we are signing contracts for the entire tourist season – FIXED LEASE – for specially selected houses located in Istria, Split, and the surrounding areas.

For the period from May 11th to September 28th, as a property owner, you will receive a fixed agreed amount for the entire season (paid in 6 installments, starting with the first payment on the day of signing the contract). Your responsibilities include preparing the property for rental, welcoming guests, and covering utilities.

Contracts for the entire tourist season are being signed now, and you will immediately receive a two-year contract for the 2025/2026 seasons.
